Returns, Exchanges, & Damaged Products
Feather Light Lashes adores their customers. Should there be an issue with your product we want you to reach out to us.. In compliance with sanitation regulations Feather Light Lashes cannot accept returns after product packaging has been opened, unless the product is deemed defective. If you suspect product is defective, contact us immediately. All product concerns must be submitted to Feather Light Lashes within 48 hours of product arrival. Anything after 48 hours will be assumed to be acceptable product to the buyer and no refunds or store credit will be issued. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any liquid or tweezers products. By purchasing our products you agree to these terms upon checkout.

ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, BUT IF FOR SOME REASON YOU’RE NOT SATISIFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF RECEIPT. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED, AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED USING THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT YOU PURCHASED THE ORDER WITH. BE ADVISED THIS CAN TAKE UP TO TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS. IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR REFUND WITHIN THE 10 BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IN THE RARE EVENT A PACKAGE DOES NOT REACH YOU, YOU HAVE UP TO 20 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ORDER WAS MADE TO CLAIM A LOSS WITH YOUR LOCAL POSTAL OR CUSTOMS OFFICE.
* Feather Light Lashes is not responsible for any extra charges that might incurred by an shipping fee or taxes. Customer is responsible to pay shipping fees on exchanges that are not for damaged or faulty product.
CANCELLATION OR WRONG ITEM WAS ORDERED:
Should you need to cancel an order, we will be gladly to do that for you, so long as your order hasn't been shipped out. However, if we have already shipped your order, the order cannot be cancelled. Shipping is our top priority for our customers to get you your product ASAP.
We are closed weekend and Stat holidays.
Once our tracking system shows that your package has been delivered we are not responsible for items stolen from the location of delivery or misplaced by the courier. It is up to the customer to reach out to the post office and sort out the parcel location. If you have given the incorrect address for delivery it is your responsibility to make sure it corrects and to contact Canada Post if it was delivered to the wrong address. Feather Light Lashes is not responsible.
